- Right of withdrawal: an unused card bought online can be cancelled within 14 days for a full refund.
- Espresso Pass: 1 espresso a day per card for 12 months from purchase, also after the balance is used. Unused days do not carry over; not exchangeable for other items or cash; ends if the card is cancelled.
